Media Release
I hereby grant to FirstService Corporation, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors, assigns and transferees (collectively “FirstService”), permission to take, copy, use, publish and distribute my likeness, image, voice and testimonial, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and web/video content, in any and all media, print, broadcast or electronic, now known or hereafter developed, without payment or any other consideration, for an indefinite period of time and without any geographic limitation. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product.
On behalf of myself or anyone acting on my behalf, I agree to and hereby do release and forever discharge FirstService, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, successors, assigns and transferees, of and from any and all claims of any kind whatsoever, known or unknown, which relate in any way to the use of my likeness, image voice and/or testimonial
