People Development Series: Navigating the “new normal” in our professional lives

Roger Thompson serves as Vice President Strategy and Sustainability for FirstService Corporation. In this role, Roger is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across all of FirstService’s business platforms. Additionally, Roger is focused on developing corporate citizenship and sustainability programs for our employees, clients and communities. Since joining FirstService in 2007, Roger has held many progressive roles within the organization, with the latest as Executive Vice President of FirstService Residential Ontario, the condominium management arm of FirstService.

Roger is an MBA graduate from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and holds various degrees/diplomas/certifications from Western University, York University, CAGBC, USGBC, and D’Youville College in New York. Roger is passionate about innovation, training, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and organizational effectiveness.
