Roofing Corp Community Impact Highlights: Giving Back Across Our Communities

Our Roofing Corp teams continue to make a difference in the communities we serve, supporting a wide range of causes through donations, volunteer efforts, and meaningful partnerships. Here are some of the key initiatives the team has been involved in recently:

Bone Dry

  • Lydia’s Place – Donated $650 in Visa gift cards to support students who have experienced homelessness or aged out of foster care. Lead: Mary Eady
  • CURE VCP Disease – Contributed $250 to fund research and support for individuals affected by this rare disease. Lead: Kenny Couch

Pittman Waller

  • Macon Impact Baseball – Donated $500 and supported Coach Michael Kitchens Jr., who volunteers his time as a mentor to young athletes. Lead: Michael Kitchens Jr.

Crowther

  •  Florida SouthWestern State College Athletic Department – Contributed $2,500 and participated in the 2nd annual 5K Glow Run to support student athletics. Leads: Nicole Crowther & Maribel Espinoza

Davco

  • The Nest Academy – Donated $600 and actively supported this nonprofit school for underprivileged and at-risk refugee students throughout 2024. The partnership concluded with a year-end luncheon and Thanksgiving meal. Lead: Natalie Velasquez

Weathershield

  • Thanksgiving Aledo Turkey Trot – Donated $5,000 to support a local family facing financial hardship. Leads: Brenna, Melinda, and Cole
  • Aledo Education Foundation Skeet Shoot – Donated $2,500 to support funding for the Aledo ISD School District. Lead: Brenna, with team members Cole, Rudy, Steven, and Garrett

IRG

  • Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta – Made a generous $10,000 donation to support vital community initiatives. Leads: Mike Laird & Mike Cucuzza

Torc

  • Nevada HAND – Donated $2,000 to the Nevada HAND, Inc Block Party fundraiser, which supports housing and assistance programs for underprivileged individuals. Leads: Hailey Coddington, Toni Hanson, MacKenzie Kerr, Tacey DiVittorio, and Fonsie Diaz
    Front Range
  •  United Way of Weld County – Provided financial and in-kind support as a Cornerstone Partner, ensuring donations go directly to vulnerable community members. Lead: Nick Coufal, with support from Ryan Lauer & Charles Trotter
  • Hope Lives, Breast Cancer Support Center – Donated $2,500 to provide support services for breast cancer patients managing treatment side effects. Lead: Bob Flores
  •  The Success Foundation Awards Dinner (Weld County District 6) – Supported the foundation’s mission to strengthen the community through PK-12 education. Lead: Ryan Lauer
