Toronto Walk for Alzheimer’s

Team photo Alzheimer's WalkSaturday, May 28 turned out to be a lovely morning and we had a glorious walk in the sunshine at Ashbridges Bay. It was also wonderful for our families to come together to meet each other – each of us touched by Alzheimer’s Disease in our own unique way. Our small but mighty team ended up raising $1,290.00 in support of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and we wish to thank everyone who joined so very much for your generous support!

The walk was 2.5km, on a smooth and paved path right by the water. Now that we know how accessible and enjoyable the route was, we are looking forward to building an even bigger group next year.
