California Closets Celebrates Community Commitment: Vancouver and Nashville Teams Earn Top Honors for 2023 Social Outreach

As a Brand of Belonging, California Closets team members embrace the company’s values and support a culture where everyone feels supported and included. This includes giving back to the local communities where team members live and work.

In 2023, a new process was introduced to recognize the locations and projects that exemplify the company’s dedication to one another and our ongoing purpose. Two locations were recognized with top honors for their community work at California Closets’ recent annual Conference and two locations were recognized with honorable mention.  Fourteen nominations were received, and dozens of other activities took place throughout the year.  Nominations were evaluated based on the 1) the connection/alignment to the Brand and Values,  2) the outcome/impact to the community, 3) the scope/depth of the location’s involvement.
